Sesame Communications understood the importance of user experience. They conducted research to discover what users need the most when seeking dental and orthodontic care.
My job as project manager was to guide the entire web-building process, conducting initial interviews to determine each office’s needs before passing along vital information to our team of designers and web developers.
This required knowledge of graphic and web design best practices, SEO, as well as training the office staff to use their new content management system (CMS).
